💬 Good to know
How do I check my model?
Go to Settings → General → About on your iPhone and look at Model Name. Pro and Pro Max cases aren't interchangeable, so please double-check before ordering.
What file works best?
A high-resolution photo or design. Clear phone photos work too. Screenshots and heavily zoomed images can print blurry, and we'll tell you if yours might.
Can I add a name or date?
Yes. Mention it when you send your design and we'll lay it out.
Can I return it?
Since it's made just for you, custom cases can't be returned. But if there's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of cost.
Bulk or corporate order?
No minimum order. For team, event or logo cases across different models, message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping time varies by country.
