Return & Replacement Policy - The Banyan Tee

The Banyan Tee has a very customer centric return and replacement policy.

For any issue with your order just drop us an email at and the concerned team will get back to you within 24 hours.

In case of any size issue we will get the order reverse picked up with our courier partners for free. Once the product reaches back to us, the replacement will be processed and dispatched upon the quality check. 

If you wish to return the product, please send the product back to the following address "The Banyan Tee, 81/82, Soumya Privilege, Mahakali Society, in front of Aura Mall, E8 extension, Arera Colony, Bhopal-462039. Ph: +91 62639 30660". Once, we receive back the product we will send you a discount voucher of Rs. 100 off as a shipping reimbursement.

 Few important points to note:

  • Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The size replacement is absolutely free. Please note that we provide one free size replacement and if you still face any size issue after the replacement, the reverse pickup will not be arranged. It is thus advised to check the size chart well beforehand to avoid any issues.
  • The product is picked up by our courier partners and in case of non serviceable pincodes the customer can send back the product and claim refund for shipping as discount vouchers.
  • The product amount will be credited back to your account, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

Are Masks and Sanitizers returnable?

  • Mask and Sanitizers are essentially non-returnable and non-replaceable as they fall under Used as Opened products.
How long does the online refund procedure take?

  • The online refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

Can sale items be replaced or returned?


  • The return process is similar to that of fresh items but the replacement of a sale item can be done only with another item on sale.
In what cases can I get a replacement or return my product?

  • Replacements/Returns will only be provided/accepted in the following cases:
  1. Manufacturing Defects
  2. Size Issues
  3. Wrong color/product/size has been sent to the customer than what was ordered.
  4. Quality issues in print or material (Photographic proofs would be required for the same)
Also, please note that slight variation in color of print/material in comparison to product images occurs due to photographic lighting.

Are the products falling under TBT Custom eligible for return/replacement?
  • No, since the products under TBT Custom are customized, the products falling in this category are ineligible for any kind of returns/replacements.
