WhatsApp your design to +91 62639 30660 or email support@thebanyantee.com with your order ID.
We print it within 2 days of receiving your design.
Delivered in 4–5 working days anywhere in India. Free shipping.
Total time: about a week from design to doorstep. Ordering a gift? Send your design early.
💬 Good to know
What file works best? A high-resolution PNG or JPG. Clear phone photos work too. Screenshots and heavily zoomed images can print blurry, and we'll tell you if yours might.
Can I add a name, date or message? Yes. Mention it when you send your design.
Can I return it? Since it's made just for you, custom mugs can't be returned. But if there's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of cost.
Bulk or corporate order? No minimum order. For team, event or logo orders, message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
Do you ship outside India? Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping time varies by country.
