Courier Partners and Delivery Timeframes:
We partner with reputable courier services, including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and Indiapost, to ensure reliable shipping 📦. Delivery timelines:
India and the US: 3-6 days.

Rush-Order Service Policy

The Rush-Order service at The Banyan Tee allows customers to expedite the processing and shipping of their orders for an additional fee. This service is available as a per-product add-on, ensuring that your selected items are prioritized during production and shipped out as quickly as possible.
Eligibility:
Rush-Order is available for most products offered by The Banyan Tee. However, this service is not applicable to all-over printed products.
This add-on can be applied per product. If your order contains multiple items and you want each to be expedited, the Rush-Order fee must be added to each item individually.
Processing Time:
The Banyan Tee follows a print-on-demand model, and the usual dispatch timeline is 2-4 business days.
With Rush-Order, your selected products will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.
Please note that this does not include shipping time. The order will be dispatched with Bluedart Air and Delhivery Air in most cases, but the estimated shipping time will depend on the delivery location.
Fees:
The Rush-Order fee is a flat rate per product. This fee is non-refundable, even if the overall shipping speed is affected by external factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions).
Limitations:
While we prioritize Rush-Order items, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. However, we will do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.
If your order contains both Rush-Order and non-Rush-Order items, only the Rush-Order items will be expedited. The non-Rush-Order items will be processed and shipped according to standard timelines.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Rush-Order fees are non-refundable once the order has been placed and processing has begun.
