We have always prioritized the safety of our employees, and in these uncertain times, this is no different. That is why we had to shut down our operations. At the same time, our customers have always been the heart of our company. So following our state recommendations to keep our employees safe, we will be resuming our services from the 11th of May, 2020 with reduced capacity.
For our employees’ safety, we will be taking the following measures:
- Limiting the number of employees and noting their temperature before entering the premises.
- Limiting our production hours to 10 AM to 5 PM in order to clean and sanitize the premises.
- Practicing strict social distancing and frequently sanitizing of shared devices.
- Wearing safety masks and gloves are a must, in and out of the premises.
- Work-from-home for our support and tech team.
We will be carefully monitoring the situation to ensure a safe environment to conduct business until we get back to normal.
Since we will be experiencing a backlog of orders, please expect production delays of up to 5 days.
OUT OF STOCK ORDERS
Due to high demand and limited workers, we are facing a delay in re-stocking the products. We will keep you notified when we re-stock the products.
Even though the government has allowed delivery of non-essential goods, only certain courier companies will operate during the lockdown. As the courier companies will be working with limited partners and according to zone, you will be facing a delay in delivering your orders.
